Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases made on Cloud Hox are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. However, we do make exceptions under certain conditions outlined below.

All transactions will be processed in the selected currency at checkout. If your local currency differs, your bank or payment processor may apply a conversion rate and associated charges.
3. Refund Eligibility for LMS Courses
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund of course fees if you meet the following conditions:
The course content has not been accessed or completed beyond 10% of the curriculum.
The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
The reason for refund is valid (e.g., duplicate payment, technical issues not resolved within a reasonable time).
📌 Note: Once a certificate is issued or any downloadable content is accessed, no refund will be granted.

All refund requests are processed within 7–10 business days and approved at our sole discretion.
5. Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute is raised with a payment gateway or bank without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to suspend access to your account and any associated services until the matter is resolved.
